About Sarah Lachance
Hi! I'm Sarah.
I'm a Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher, Light Language Channel, Yogi, Shaman, Tarot Reader, Multi-Dimensional Artist, and Spiritual Mentor.
I knew I could feel other people's energy from a young age, and I always felt different, but I didn't know why until I was cracked open during a yoga certification in 2016. That's when my gifts and soul purpose began to emerge.
I have a BA in Fine Arts Fashion Design. I had a thriving 20-year career in the fashion industry until I got burnt out! I turned to Yoga and other healing modalities that began to open up my true healing and psychic gifts. I have been on a journey to help others heal and live a life of grace, ease, and love.
Art and creativity have always been a passion of mine, and throughout the years, I have used them as a tool to transmute grief, fear, or other emotions I couldn't release.
Through creative expression and energy work, I guide others through their heart so they can see their emotions from another perspective and heal on a soul level.

About Kim Wallant
Hi, I’m Kim,
I’m an artist, writer, and healer. My deepest passion is to connect authentically with people and to facilitate their self-expression and self-healing. About twenty years ago, after raising two daughters, I began a journey into expressive arts therapy, an approach that emphasizes a person’s ability to heal and develop resilience through actions––not just words––such as seeing and making images, listening to or making music or sounds, and becoming mindful of sensory experiences.
In 2009, I received my Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy and Counseling Psychology at Prescott College, then became a mental health counselor (LMHC in FL), a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC in ME), as well as a nationally certified art and play therapist (Registered Play Therapist, RPT, and Registered Art Therapist, ATR).
Over the years, I’ve found it rewarding to help families, young adults, and children of all ages deal with challenges such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress, as well as face difficulties such as chronic illness, loss, separation, and divorce. My experience as an art therapist at a hospital for children showed me the value of engaging young people facing life-threatening illnesses in creative and playful activities that help them find strength and hope. Other areas where I saw doors open to freer and more effective expression and communication include facilitating a number of expressive arts workshops for mental health professionals and art teachers, volunteering at a children’s bereavement center as a group facilitator, working with children and teens in public schools as an art and play therapist, and coaching parents and their kids to come to a better understanding of each other in order to be able to resolve problems together.
I’m excited to continue on this creative and healing path from my home studio in Midcoast Maine, Dreamweaver Studio, where I coach parents and children through the medium of expressive art.
